Engineering Students Earn College Credit!

STMA has just completed its first year of engineering instruction under Mr. John Silcox and the Project Lead The Way curriculum.   We are proud to recognize six seniors who have qualified to receive college credit for their outstanding work in the course.

The Rochester Institute of Technology offers PLTW students the opportunity to receive undergraduate credit.  To qualify, students must earn a stanine score of 6 or higher on the end-of-year exam (6 equals a C; 7 equals a B; 8 and 9 equal an A), and have a class average of 85% or higher.  Congratulations to: William Hart, Ewan Malenfant, Wesley Orth, Nicholas Reyes, Ezra Rudinoff, and Travis Zeigler.
