Juniors

Juniors should spend this year exploring possible college options. There are nearly 3,000 four-year colleges in the United States. Students should take the opportunity to visit a variety of colleges. Visiting colleges will help students narrow the choices. It is recommended that students select 10-15 colleges to explore. Students should consider a variety of factors when looking at colleges, including GPA requirements, SAT/ACT requirements, and available fields of study. A complete list of factors to consider when choosing a college can be found here.Students should also focus on doing well academically and preparing to take the SAT and ACT in the spring.
