We believe that:

- Each individual has a God-given ministry to serve others
- A positive relationship among God, students, family, and faculty is vital for maximum learning
- A core curriculum prepares students to become life-long learners and productive members of a global society
- Pastoral support is essential in quality education to promote a faith-based education
- Participation in value-oriented activities is necessary to enrich relationships and spur cultural growth
- Following an Honor Code promotes internalization of lifelong core values
